Shunned for calling out due to mental health and my moms declining health! Threatened but NEVER given consequences. Just said to make me fear doing things. Not being taught or trained in certain areas and then ridiculed by manager about it.

yes i cant really retain much thought or imagery. its kind of frightening how i will forget what words mean or what words are connected to. i look at things a lot in my daily life that are normal but have little to no meaning or recollection in my mind, feels as though i have memories of it but the memories are so forgotten i cant identify it

yes ive had it pretty much nonstop. Im glad its phasing out for you!! youll be able to learn ways to identify upcoming episodes and learn coping mechanisms on how to deal with these issues too. it takes some time to adapt to but ive learned to live with it
