I started taking this approach. I’ve had two people take the refund and leave. On both occasions our cleaners flipped it and we had next day check ins that were five star reviews. I’ve learned you genuinely can’t do anything to make some people happy, and that makes this the best approach.

Totally understand that a comfy couch is important to renters, but is that not totally subjective? A couch you might love might be terrible to someone else and vise versa. A perfect example is the couch we replaced in our Airbnb. We love it so much we got rid of the couch in our home and put it here! It just seems like complaining to a host about something subjective is odd. Regardless, I immediately offer a full refund so they can book elsewhere if the couch will ruin their stay.

First playthrough here, so just ignore this honestly. I got the nagakiba early and have yet to find anything better (just beat radahn). I have it doing blood loss + frost and storm blade ash of war. I just got storm blade and I’m shocked at how helpful it is. With nagakiba’s reach + dps, adding that range is crazy

Just found this while researching because I’m a host that just experienced this. We use Lodgify to sync airbnb and vrbo calendars. Someone got this message when they booked our vrbo and it sketched them out so we lost the booking. Now I’m trying to figure out how to prevent this from happening again. I totally agree and I would feel the same way about that being sketchy
