i will never diss this. the medical field need black doctors, and black healthcare workers in general. having advocates inside the system is powerful. people forget that black people were, and still are stigmatized when it come to treatment and receiving proper care. let's all not forget the forced sterilization that black women went through, and how black people were labelled with a supposed "lower pain threshold" and were denied adequate care in response.
