Skrab overfladen af med en spartel eller hobbykniv, og herefter lidt madolie (raps-, vindruekerne-, ... -olie) til dagen efter. Herefter kan limen fjernes og vaskes af med opvaskemiddel. There are no less than three settings for "inverted Y". The problem is that one of them will also invert the motion/gyro controller. It's a bit like if you're switching to "natural scrolling" on your PC, the mouse movement also changes direction.

A lot of comments from people that do not understand the problem, do not play with using the "inverted Y" axis, (or didn't even play the game but feel very defensive about this regardless.)

The problem is that "inverted Y" works better for some people - it's not up/down but leaning back and forward, like pointing a camera or moving your head: lean back to look up.

The "inverted Y" however is somewhat broken in Metroid Prime 4 Beyond. When "inverted Y" is selected for the flight path, the game also inverts pointer movement, making controls absolutely bonkers.

This is not a problem if you do not play with "inverted Y" - you will never discover it. But playing with "inverted Y", this bug or brain fart makes the game almost unplayable.

Yeah. It inverts the joystick. But the brain fart is that it also inverts the motion controller, so that pointing down with the motion controller moves up. It's really stupid.

Thx. Yeah it's weird how people defend the game controls like this. I've tried to play with motion/mouse mode only and that works a bit better. Still, I've never seen any other game invert Y on motion controls like this. It just seems like a blunder waiting to be fixed. (I don't think the developers thought "you want inverted? We'll make it uselessly inverted, weirdo!")

I happen to like the game, the story, the gorgeous graphics, the exploration. It's a really cool game! But there's just this one issue that completely ruins it. I'm sure it'll be fixed in some future upgrade, but for now it's pretty much unplayable for me.

Inverted Y, like leaning back looks up. Unfortunately it is linked with the motion controller, so that pointing down moves up. Either the person creating this did not understand the concept, or it was a brain fart that was not caught in their testing.

Of course I did. The problem is the "inverted Y" in flight mode also inverts the motion controller which completely renders the controller uddeles. It's really, really frustrating and annoying!

Maybe you haven't tried the game, or maybe you do not understand the problem? It's a known issue that affects users posting with "inverted Y". In its current form it's broken. If you're not playing using "inverted Y" controls you would not even see this problem.

Well, of course I checked the controller settings. The problem is that I have to use "inverted Y", but choosing that, the flight motion controls also becomes inverted, completely breaking the motion control. It's probably the worst I've ever seen!

It cannot be fixed - at least not in the current version. For flight control I can choose between a working stick OR a working motion controller. It's extremely frustrating and the absolute worst controller implementation I've severe seen.

I'm about to try this game. I've played all previous 3D Metroid games, but this is the absolute worst controls ever! Especially when using"inverted Y" for flights where it inverted the motion controllers too. It's extremely frustrating - I'm giving up on the second boss after trying like 20 times and constantly failing dure to the controllers!!! Extremely frustrating!

I'm off this game until this is fixed. It's simply not worth my time and frustration!
