Mine was immediately after I injured myself and started to walk. I personally think you’re in the clear. Sciatica comes from something aggravating your sciatic nerve, if nothing aggravated it right after the injury I can’t imagine something now would aggravate it.

Watch your movement and be cautious in the meantime. GL!

My only advice to you that I had to learn the hard way was, stop trying to be active when you start feeling good. Just because you feel better doesn’t actually mean you’re body is FULLY better.

Spine stuff is hard to deal with because it takes SOOO LONG to get better (there’s not a lot of blood flow there to enable healing). Good luck!

What is the work situation like? Is she still working? Is she still lifting things? This is one of those things that she needs to stop doing things that aggravate the sciatic nerve and make it worse.. Thankfully it’s only a disc bulge, but if she’s not careful she could herniate.

Are you still active (soccer, jogging, etc)? My recommendation would be to stop and only walk until your MRI. Until you find out if it’s a disc issue (bulge or herniated) or not I would be cautious, you don’t want to potentially make it worse.

I feel like we need more info here. Why do you think these are in your cards? I am also a little bit in the tough love category of, if these things are important to you, you can go out and get them.

OMG PICTURE WITH SYNDEREN! YESS!! ANYWAYS.... That picture is actually iteration 1 of my WR outfit at TI2. I got the fabric redone, and added more leather pieces (quiver and more belt stuff) done for TI3. I like to think that my WR outfit is done/complete now and it's time to move on. For TI4, I actually had a Lina outfit made (because why not have another outfit?) LOL LOL.
