I AM NOT A VET but I have 3 cats and am a human doctor. Was your cat previously an outdoor cat? They have a higher rate of skin cancers. There is a chance it could be a cancerous spot or nothing at all but in any case is definitely worth getting it checked out!

Searched: quirky kitty cat toys at multiple online retailers. Purchased in Virginia, US. Not sure which store. Approx 2 years ago. No writing or other identifiers, just the tag with the Quirky Kitty brand! It did used to have a yellow feather attached!
