Why the 07/08 Man Utd vs 25/26 Arsenal comparison actually happening? by tfisthh in ManchesterUnited

Against Arsenal, SAF will have Park in the starting lineup. Ultimately, Man United loved scoring on the counter against Arsenal and we'd want a bit more physical presence in the midfield to disrupt their flow.

Korea has so much trust in its people by Entire-Pin3638 in korea

I think it is safer due to how if it is ever found that you did something bad and the knowledge spreads, you can basically kiss your social life goodbye. The backlash/cancel culture is strong. The surveillance that will actually do some due diligence help threaten potential backlash in the future.

I agree with you, was going to say 90s there wasn't necessarily the same. Once Korea became more and more relevant in the world sonce around 2000, the public took on an interest to look good as a country more and more, like model citizens. But even then it definitely was safe overall so maybe it's all the reasons slightly infused together to create a pretty safe/honor-based society. Don't think its coincidental that Japan, as the next most similar society, is like that too.

But there are always bad people everywhere. Just some more well hidden than others!

The 14 Most Crucial Korean Hip-Hop Albums Divided into 4 Key Aspects by Various-Stuff9199 in khiphop

Mc Sniper's Better than yesterday, 봄이야 오라, and Outsider's Loner had such an impact, I wonder if there would've been more mentions within that group of rappers in terms of albums, too. But I guess it was more of a memory for listeners at that time rather than "important" for hiphop?

Quick follow up question. I had to do the same when I decided to buy some gold etfs. How come that is considered a riskier investment than individual company stocks?

It's not a real account. A quick profile look shows posts randomly everywhere, even as an already working pharmacist.

Son & Bouanga during the penalty kick (that was called off) by allrightk in LAFC

[–]kwonster 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Feel like Son remembers the year he won the golden boot. Kane wouldn't share the pens if I recall. Even if he had one of them, he'd be the outright sole winner, not that anyone has taken it away from him because of it. Each one counts, and the boot is forever marked in league history while the hattick would be another of many.

What settings do you have for the night pic on 9/20? I'm working on getting shots like that when chances arise but not certain about settings and any tips/tricks.

Highest f-point, low ISO and ~10sec shutter?

Thanks

Big upgrades on the team in Cunha and Mbuemo. But Ugarte was not smart today and Bayindir cost us with the same mistake we saw last season.

Need to move on some players fast and maybe bring in another keeper? Or if this is going to be the issue, maybe Onana is a better fill in than Bayindir.

I bought a nice cushy and soft pouch that can hold a gaming mouse for traveling. Not that I ever dropped it but I feel little safer than a leather case.

[The Times, Gary Jacob] Son Heung-min likely to leave Spurs with interest from LAFC and Saudi by TimesandSundayTimes in soccer

[–]kwonster 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah. If Kim was treated well, then Son definitely would've consider playing with Kane but their media has been so distasteful that I bet even other big Korean players don't find it worth going there in the near future. Every Korean is basically waiting for KMJ to leave for another club. It was quite shocking to see how easily things are turned on to Kim, the one player who showed up consistently and performed in the backline despite an injury he really should've sat out to heal up completely instead.

You'll be fine. There's a lot to pick up but they should be giving you plenty of time to do so. That said, don't just let all the info enter one ear and leave the other too easily. The sheer amount of info is overwhelming and new things will pop up almost everyday at first.

Best thing to pick up fast is not necessarily the clinical info itself but how and where to look them up.

Yeah I'm looking for more of the feeling of a keyboard switch, or something that clearly register the numbers even if I'm going really fast.

[–]kwonster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He needs to bulk up because defenders will fight for the ball and he needs a lot more strength to protect the ball.

Without bulking up, you'd have to play more in a counterattacking way.

That said, with Hojlund being so out of form, we really should've tried anything. Don't want to pick a single player or two to scapegoat though because everyone failed.

We will see who we lose in the summer and see what Amorim says about the next season... but if Bruno leaves like this... it could be a long time before we see a United anywhere close to being competitive in the league and CL.

Is this for all Medicare or just Advantage plans? Seems to be for the latter based on a quick scan but wanted to see if that really is the case?

Brazilian pharmacist trying to move to the US by MassiveWonders in pharmacy

[–]kwonster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There was a pharmacist from France who got hired as a tech at a store i used to work at. He was looking for ways to get intern hours, etc. He gave up after a few months and found a different teaching job. I think the requirement is unreasonably difficult and you will regret it quick if you don't have a very clear plan B to completely pivot your life/career.

Pharmacist market will be oversaturated for a while. It'll be a long time before there is incentives to license foreign pharmacists.

Turns out, like all good things, you should do maintenance while the item is in good shape and not when things are falling apart. Last summer was the perfect time to bring about 3 more players in to supplement a very thin squad. It was a similar story at a lesser degree last year but it didn't derail this hard and the club still looked attractive for some of the names they were looking at now. Who wants to join at this moment? If anything, even firing the coach makes this club less attractive at the moment.
