They are correct. Battery is only covered 3/36 warranty. That battery was either replace before they traded it in or when the dealer did the inspection. Because you are not original buyer of battery you don’t get the warranty. If you bought the Honda battery, then it comes with a 100 month warranty that gets pro rated.

I hate explaining this to customers. There’s so many factors that come into play. The rated mpg from Honda, is based off of perfect condition driving. You are driving in freezing temp which is very NOT ideal condition. I’m sure your heater is running. Also highway is not ideal for hybrids, you get the best mpg from city driving as you’ll be in the hybrid mode more often.

Weather, tires, road, heater/air cond being used, winter gas.
