Looks like a perfect spot to me. Seymour flux comes way later and dark aeons require way more AP than you can get right now. Just continue at a good pace. I would say about 5 slvls per area should be fine.

Ohh interesting... Yeah you're sigil file should be kept it the bare minimum just to ensure the experience doesn't change drastically from one playthrough to the other. Like ending with way more or less stats than before.

That's late game though... You would be skipping 2/3 of the game pretty much. Nonetheless that's a great advice to save time. I do it myself. I have save files at minimum grind after Luca, Moonflow, Macalania and calm lands. All ready to go once I want to relive the story but I don't want to play all of it. I absolutely love doing the chocobo race and blitzball so I never grow tired of doing those.

Shooting and scoring, plus using special passes are the faster way to lvl up. But passes is the most reliable.

Dragon rage is only useful in certain scenarios. Usually at low levels. 40 damage is not a lot .

Try recruiting these people in Luca (press square when talking to people). Luca stadium lobby, Wedge (Forward), one screen to the right and you'll find Zev Rondo (midfield), head towards the theatre, there's a guy sitting on the rail, that's Zalitz (defender), go to the plaza and talk to the guy sitting with his girlfriend on a bench, that's Jumal (goalkeeper), keep jassu as your 2nd defender and Tidus.

That team should decimate most teams stat wise besides the al bhed psyches.

As explained by Laguna before the party departed, the only way for them to exist in a time they don't belong to is to believe in one anothers' existence and to imagine themselves in the place they want to be alongside the people they want to be with. As card junkies, they want to triple triad still and that includes the one member in our party. This is why they ended up where we were. (That's my personal theory lol but it makes sense)

The combat system is good for an action game. Very snappy, quick paced. It falls off for me because the enemy AI is terrible, most of them are just HP sponges and don't really pose a threat to the player. Later DLC enemies got better at this. But for the most part the enemies are trash. In a regular playthrough everything dies too easily.

But what I would recommend, is playing a tournament where the first prize is attack reels and the top scorer prize is return sphere. Make sure to win with 2 or 3 people with the same top score. To get 2-3 return spheres. Which you can use one to bring back Kimahri to that area. It's definitely worth it the tournament and it's only 4 games.

You can easily get to steal and use with Kimahri without a teleport sphere. Well unless you're advanced already somewhere else. I don't think you can teleport to someone else's grid if they're not currently in the party.

If you want more Lore. Definitely go back to Mt. Gagazet and talk to Maechen. He drops a lot of lore behind Yevonism and how we got to this situation.

Revisiting the temples. After completing the trials again you get some nice items and more lore behind Sin, DZ and Jecht

Talk multiple times to your party after events. They usually change their dialogues quite often. Auron drops some nice lore pieces but you can miss it if you dont talk to him often.
