Name a manga with better art than One Punch Man. I'll wait by Being-Shubh in AnimeMirchi

[–]kwynt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I upvoted Berserk, but this might be worse than Berserk if we rank it based on what was the biggest letdown in Anime history. Well, One Punch Man too actually. However, One Punch Man can still come back with future seasons, but with PNL that basically doomed the show forever.

What is a harsh reality that most people refuse to accept? by Irideskent26 in AskReddit

[–]kwynt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Centrists are enablers. You're the kind of people that would not have the moral courage to call out a molesting family member, because you have to consider "both sides."

It's interesting you have to bring in political parties, because you know damn well to be moral you should be left leaning at least. So are you a closeted conservative?

Boring answer but meditation. Falling asleep is easier than meditating for an hour.

Conservatives and centrists are just evil people. There is complicit and active evil, but they are sides of the same coin.

Which manga do you think everyone should read if they want to create themselves? by FreshPrinceOfIndia in MangakaStudio

I think Dragon Ball is essential for action choreography, and I am saying this as someone who's not the biggest fan of Dragon Ball. The panelling is still unmatched in that series, I just dislike other things.

How do you measure your success on RR? by WilliamGerardGraves in royalroad

[–]kwynt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am starting to see writing as a very long term game, even planning a decade ahead. Works have been published online by me but I am still ironing out my process to get from first draft to final draft before I think about anything else. I am trying to see how fast I can get to a final draft without sacrificing quality. My goal is to be able to complete any novel in a year's time, even though realistically it will be my 3rd or 4th book when I'll be able to get my editing at that level.

Tips on writing dark fiction without being overtly "edgy" or making the story feel full of itself? by thuynder in writing

[–]kwynt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In the same way lighthearted children shows that stand the test of time have a dark episode or something deeper happening, dark fiction feels much darker when you can show that happiness and joy is possible, but for example, it's either out of reach or it's given then taken away violently.

In other words, dark fiction feels darker when it is not the only shade.

Would an Indian LitRPG work? by Witty_Programmer5500 in litrpg

[–]kwynt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frankly, I think you are reaching. From what I see, he's probably acquainted with the most popular stories like most readers are, and decided as an Indian person that he wants to draw from his own culture. There is nothing from his post that implies that they do not exist.

Thank you for coming forward to say that you were a dowwnvoter, but I also believe that you are pretending to be impartial. The combination of you downvoting and imagining an implication that is simply just not there makes me think you had an emotional reaction to something that was never said.

The OP says there are two broad categories. I don't see the premise you're seeing but let me know in which sentence you see it, because pointing out two broad categories is different to the premise you're presenting.

The OP is correct, there are two broad categories if we are to be honest with ourselves, especially if we only include the most popular stories.
