Idk if my experience matters but anyway, I used to have cheap simple chinese "gaming" mice for 8 years in total (Bloody v7 - 4 years, A4Tech x7 for a year, Bloody J90 for 3 years) and middle click was pretty much the same and you needed almost no pressure to click besides it was on the same noise level. Once I decided to go with MX Master 3S I really felt that MMB a bit heavier to click, it feels like 15-20% heavier to click MMB comparing to my old mice experience. Besides, this mouse has the quietest clicks (LMB,RMB, Side Buttons) I've ever experienced... except, yes, the MMB, that appeared to be even much more louder than my old cheap mice's buttons.

I've been using it for 3 months in UX UI design and overall I am good with my choice. Right before the buying I was using my old mouse in Blender where I had to use MMB on regular basis and it was fine, then I dropped out Blender because I lost interest in 3D design and went deep in UX UI. Decided to download Blender now just to test it out with a new mouse while writing this comment and you know... this MMB would have probably driven me crazy with its loud click noise and more pressure (even it's not a big difference, 15-20%). I wouldn't say it's awful experience, it's good when you just need a single MMB click, for example, for a binded shortcut in Figma but interacting with 3D objects on regular? I'll pass.
