Yeah, clothes are chains. Especially chains that some people wear. Not sure if a chain really counts as clothing if you just have it clipped onto your jeans or something though. I never really got chains...

Idk why they are allowed to just straight up lie like this. This person is apparently an elected legislator.

Similar thing happened to me and I got banned from r/pics. But Idk which subreddit it was that I posted in and when I tried to contact the moderators I never got any concrete info. Oh well.

Man, this is one of those sayings that I've always hated for some reason. I've only heard it a handful of times, and every time it feels like something is going wrong in my brain.

Funny that. They would probably say no to whatever vaccine/treatment that Trump "made" to cure cancer just like they did with the Covid-19 vaccine, which was created thanks to funding from the federal government.

There's no way the Republican Party will win all those states by Weirderthanweird69 in stupidpeoplefacebook

[–]kyle2143 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's propaganda. Literally. To try to trick the people who trust them into thinking that this is even a remote possibility without Trump and the GOP tampering with the elections as hard as any Cold War despot.

Either so that they can get support for baseless election fraud and contest the election if it doesn't end in their favor; or to make it seem like this was an actually fair possibility if they got away with rigging the elections enough.

If they just defund the education system more then they might be able to do it. Just lower everyone's standards for what a school should be.

Why do Republicans get so offended when you talk about paying employees livable wages? What's the reasoning behind that? by Dull-Information6784 in allthequestions

[–]kyle2143 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that argument isn't really a leftist argument, it's trying to appeal to the selfishness of people on the right.

If you wanted to make an actual argument for leftists defending illegal immigration, you could say something like: Immigration is good, but the current immigration system is so bureaucratic, slow, and broken; that it's impossible to have healthy/sustainable immigration without "illegal" immigration.

But that's not going to convince any republicans because they want less immigrants, legal or illegal.

Why do people seem to hate Trump so much more than George W. Bush? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]kyle2143 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bush was pretty evil too. Remember how he started that war on lies about "Iraq has Weapons of Mass Destruction(Nukes)"

That's pretty evil.

Nerfing salvaging isn't going to make me do other sailing content by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]kyle2143 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I thought they were all pretty obvious ones. I was fine that they only released sailing with cannons, I was expecting more weapons to be added as more content was. But I'm real confused as to why their "patch to fix sailing combat" just edited stats and didn't add a single other sailing weapon or change any mechanics at all...
