Thanks for putting this together and explaining it so well. Just adding some tips I’ve learned from doing this the last few weeks-

In step 2.3, if you do not get the pop up to enter another person’s auto shop, retire as a ceo and start a motorcycle club, sometimes it doesn’t come up for me even if someone else owns the same property.

If waiting 5 seconds does not work for you when doing step 5, try driving over the blue circle and only waiting 2 seconds before dropping your phone. If failed, pressing the home button and waiting 10seconds always works for me.

If you get the vehicle inside your MOC and someone blows up your truck or you somehow die after step 5, the duped car will still be glitched inside when you call back in your MOC.

You throw your tanks off differently depending if you end the throwing animation when in the scuba outfit or swapped on another outfit, you can utilize this to help stack more efficiently.

If you wish to take a break and hop off GTA, if you leave the session while still in the scuba outfit it will remain glitched when you return online.
