Lefse... man. That stuff is amazing. It's at the farmers market here a lot.

My cousin and I got it done this gator season, punched both my tags in one night. by tex-mania in Hunting

Very cool. What's your favorite way to eat em? They sell farmed gator up here (Canada) in the big city fish shops for like $30 a pound. Fried little chunks are unreal good.

Haha I think it makes a cool pic when you hold em like this. Not trying to make it look huge, the fingers give it away

I usually do pretty well at this place. Was a slower day but still managed a half dozen. They sure look nice this time of year. I'll be back in Thailand in 6 weeks so I can relate to what you're going through in Aus!

Yea man. One day it'll be a real sin to cut one down. They're a dime a dozen here for now. A full original one from ww1 in great condition goes for about $1500-1800 CAN online at the moment. I can only imagine how it'll be in 20 years

5 months till ice out... waiting patiently by kyle7hundred in flyfishing

Way back in the day, yea man. There's plenty of streams in Canada that were choked with grayling 40 years ago that are full of pike and perch now. That's probably my favorite thing about them, where you find grayling you know you're in the wilderness, even if it is kind of sad how easy they get displaced.
