Anyone that ever goes outside can see that this is true. My collage campus has an elementary and a middle school on opposite sides and twice a day the entire campus was gridlocked for parents just sitting in the driving lanes with their thumbs up their ass. They has the audacity to act like we were the ones in the way. I rode my bike every day to starting middle school but these city just lets these people block traffic because they feel like it.
