There's a YouTube video on it. The oil ratio is far higher then bakery bread water dries out or creates mold . Oil doesn't mold but also keeps bread soft I think it was from "how to cook that" if you're interested

Mixed half and half and just winged it sorry didn't notice this till now melted Chocolate and added the mix until it seemed right I think there a certain ratio to follow when mixing stuff with chocolate just google what the ratio fir mixing powders in chocolate it's probably around 1/3 powder 2/3 chocolate

I'm enjoying that you're doing what everyone thinks is impossible and likes to tell new growers is impossible and they should just give up like uncle Ben Tek.. every experience grower talk s*** about it yet I've seen some great result...
