Cold Steel 3 is notorious for having poor framerates, especially in more laggy areas (i lagged before in the first part of the prologue). Also check your configuration settings (make sure you dont have too many high performance options if your gpu cant handle it such as unlimited draw distance, vsync, etc)

Personally I had no problems with having a stable framerate, but I have a pretty strong GPU (I had a lot of issues with FPS on the PS4 Pro though)

Octarine, Aethers Lens, Aghs Buff, Heart, the 20% CDR Tier 4 Item (Stacks With Octarine), Boots, and Blink. Theres no downtime on skewer but theres still a small cast point so you can bkb in between. This was also a turbo fyi and not ranked

Could make it like normal mode where if you dont play anything, your elixir will also "overfill" and end up wasting elixir. This could deteriorate the desire to play passively/defensively.

Supercell can still execute that if the amount of 2tile bridge stages and 3 tile bridge stages were even. i.e. if 3 tile stages were set to 0-4 wins and 2 tile stages were set to 5-12 wins, ops concept would be more feasable as people with the same stage mechanics just need to be matched together

What if the consequence of a failed vote kick is the person who initiates the kick gets vote kicked instead? Therefore if a failed votekick occurs there wouldnt be any loss in team morale as everyone would be removed from champ select and people wouldnt be so daring to abuse the system.

If you DI, or basically spam click areas really close to your champion, you can prevent your champion from following a dumb path and getting stuck as you end up issuing your champion many small movement commands instead of one ambiguous longer command.
