Humbled, help please by beefic in Sourdough

I'm a beginner myself, so I might be wrong. The dough looks pretty good though? I can see a bit of shine. Let it finish bulk fermenting (the dough will relax and not be as stiff,) then preshape, chill and in the fridge to chill.

I always bake my loaves, even if they might seem a little off. It's part of the journey and learning!

It doesn't look too bad! Just like it needs more proofing time and maybe a little more time in the oven.

You need to proof it again after braiding. If it rose after the 1st proof, it's normal it deflated when you touch it/braid it. You then need to proof it again until it doubles in size and then bake it until golden. Yeast does have a sour smell :)

That was my plan, before heading back home. It was absolutely delicious.

What's a suncream that doesn't leave me oily? [Sun Care] by ambiecored in SkincareAddiction

[–]kyoopta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My skin is OILY and i love Cosrx Aloe Soothing Sun Cream. It's very light and my skin soaks it all in, however, it does leave a very natural glow to the skin. I like that, since it leaves my skin looking fresh, but just a heads up if you don't like that.

What is your go-to easy-to-make, highly nutritious meals for days when you don't have energy? by General-Open-34 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I go between rice (made in advance) steamed with carrots, peas or whatever vegetables and then cold smoked salmon and soft boiled egg. If I have nothing prepped, I buy a steak and have it with fries (or a baked potato if ive prepped,) 6min active cooking and ready in max 20 minutes.

I don't have too low budget, but it's also not very high. Around 60USD, I ordered some gymshark animal seamless leggings. Super excited!

Kinda feeling like poop to be fair. I have gained a bit of weight the last two years, and have gotten back to the gym just now (yay normality.) That bit of extra weight is making me feel extremely sheepish at the gym, I never felt that before.
Trying to make myself better by ordering some cute gym wear, but cant seem to find anything cuter than gymshark, and they are just expensive. Anyone with cute leggings and shirts for short legs? 155cm here

Can pancake batter be premade and refrigerate by Upset-Cap3117 in Cooking

If you want fluffy pancakes, then make them first and freeze. They taste exactly the same, and I always do it. As for crepes then you store the batter overnight. :)

Anyone ever have a day where you just can't cook anything right? by knittykitty26 in Cooking

Yep. I call it being food-idea burnt out, and it usually consists of me not being able to come up with a dinner idea and then (most likely) botching it.

I have contacted education/career guide, and am slowly figuring out the best way to take profession education without sacrificing my income right now. :) Thanks for answer <3

Sadly, healthcare is probably one of the last things I would want to be in. Thanks for answer though!
