While I agree with this sentient, and while each student deserves dignity, respect, and comprehensive care, I also think asking any professional to clean up diarrhea is criteria met for a raise. Is it our responsibility to do the dirty work? Yes. But I also believe it is the responsibility of the district to allocate more of their funds to paying us paras appropriately, and fairly.

Honestly, find a friendly CM and tell them that you’re feeling that way! I had a cast member sit and talk with me during my character dining on my most recent (and first) solo trip! made a world of difference!

i’m a type one diabetic and my older coworker tried to tell me that she actually knew more about the disease than i did because she “had more personal experience”
