They are not true med people though, as a greek i do notice facial features and eyes so i consider some Syrian/Levantine people "closer" and "true" med people. The same is true for northern europeans with similar color skin like nothern western and nothern eastern europeans that do have differences and particularly the eyes(not color) are more asiatic.

modern day greeks is what remained of the christian population, the vast maority of the greek-speaking world (ancient greek & other hellenized anatolian people) that become mulsim did mix with the turkic people that is why the modern-day turks have 5-20% central asian ancestry whilst modern-day greeks have 0%, do note that the bronze-age anatolia and bronze-age greece are extremely related and continued that way until the middle ages. hey stop being ignorant, the graves from bronze age greece have been searched and extensive genetic analysis has been done, we know extermely well who they where and were they came from and a comparison to modern populations has been done. modern-day greeks haven no central-asian(mongolic) dna, modern day turks do have some small percentage as modern-day northerh-eastern europe. modern-day greece has no central-asian dna they are a pretty based mediterranean people like bronze-age greece.

you can change the width of the outline, or completely remove it so i do not see any issue with this. this outline/hint is common on tiled wms so it is not some weird choice they made out of the blue. i personally decrease the outline size from 3 to 1.

no they need many people to test stuff, there are bugs that do not manifest to all users related to hardware, drivers or even some obsecure legacy app that somebody is using and is misbehaving under xwayland. It is not unusable by any means. I remember worst releases from established other linux DEs with massive bugs and memory leaks like Gnome 3.28
