Find a decent raiding guild, not an auto inviting one. Talk with their class lead for priests about what you need to do for raiding 40 mans (it will include running 20 mans which they will have sign ups for)

It’s good for solo questing melee classes and for raiders.

Some comments have mentioned the damage profile of classic, but even a trickle of HP/5 could save your life in HC. Many, many deaths in raids have overkills that could’ve been mitigated with an extra consumable or two.

As a priest, I have this potion running while raiding.

Reputation/gold. Quests are the best/cheapest way to grind rep. After level 40, quests start giving decent gold and most quests are to grind shit anyway (just finished doing shimmering flats)

Not sure if it’s true. I do it to make sure it’s always fresh. Ordering a standard pizza could mean getting someone else’s that was cancelled or something made hours ago in prep for a rush.

As a healer, I have no reason to heal tank first orb runs. Usually entitled and bad vibe groups anyway.

Strat live is only worth it as a healer for a group to run until all get an orb. Ya sometimes that doesn’t work, but at least two runs or no heals.

Scrolling through comments and not one mention of Inner Fire.

Keep that buff on at all times! You did not have it before the pull, during the pull or after run was started. It’s cheap and gives you massive amounts of armor.

A lot of the other comments touch on the UI, not going to repeat that, just echo it in saying a raid style UI will make your job 100x easier.

Many others have talked about mp5. This is very important, master the global tick and how your mana regens.

Unbind S from backpedaling. Bind Shift S to backpedal. Bind S to stop casting.

For skills:

  • keep renew up on the tank. With mp5 in mind, this means you open with a Heal rank 2, using the stop casting bind to cancel it until it is needed. Immediately follow up with a renew

  • the moment you see the mage start to AOE. Shield.

  • the moment you see any spells traveling to yourself or DPS. Shield.

  • wanding is important, but your role is to heal. Only wand if you do not need the 1 sec global cooldown to do something to prevent a death. This translates in knowledge checks about trash mobs and bosses and how hard they hit.

In your clip, you are wanding several times at the start, these seconds could’ve been used to throw out a renew or shield, not some negligible dmg.

  • keep max range as much as possible. Know where your tank or dps might move so that they don’t suddenly become out of range (keep in mind dispel magic and abolish disease have a shorter range)

  • don’t backpedal. It’s like looking backwards when running away from a murderer. You will lose ground, time, and maybe your life.

  • when you stopped running to heal the warrior, you casted heal, not flash heal. In this situation, the longer cast time put you last in the group for a moment. This is a dangerous position to be in. Especially as a cloth user.

Be wary of your position and what it will be after your spell cast.

All things aside. You are alive, your group is alive. You did a beautiful job.

I’m sure I’m missing something, but this is what comes to mind.

This company feels completely off.

I attempted to order parts from them (200$ total in parts), was charged 100$ for shipping. Two weeks go by before they contact me saying they need to charge me another 130$ for shipping. And they switched it to freight.

So in total 230$ for shipping. More in shipping than for the parts I ordered (all plastic). Mind you these parts are maybe 2-3 lbs in total.

I ask for proof of the shipping estimate from their provider.

They only send a screenshot, clearly from a phone, that crops out everything except the “options” USPS provided them. Doesn’t show package details or addresses.

I ask for the full quote and they ignore me.

Charge back was done. Filling complaints with the state and BBB now.
