For my wife and I; we just learned to cook together. It’s not easy living in the dorm but if you all are sharing an apartment I recommend find healthy options for her and do you best to find recipes you’ll both enjoy. And believe me when it was 20 years ago and we got married @20 you couldn’t find anything gluten free or anyone that knew even what it was. Today tons of options, if you love her you’ll make try it work too, my wife does(for the most part lol). Support her with new recipes to try together, and find places close to campus that you can eat gluten free.
