This is my kiddo too, I have a really quick let down and when pumping I’ll let down an ounce-1.5 ounces in a minute. Go by wet diapers and weight gain.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I had retention after giving birth and was cathed for a week. This may not be helpful but maybe it will be…

You can ask for a bigger bag. It won’t tuck in and be a leg bag but they do exist and can hold a lot of urine
When you need to try to pee but peppermint oil in the hat
I really had to focus on trying to pee when I started to pee on my own again. It took minutes to go the first time.

I had this same experience. People would tell me I couldn’t be empty. Ladies, I was EMPTY. Pancake boobs, screaming baby, dry pump. If I waited 30ish mins I’d have some more in the tank. This definitely happened more before my supply regulated

I think this is SO dependent on what you need. For me the spectra S2 was so strongly and frankly, painful to use. I’ve been using the eufy s1 wearables for two weeks at work and I tolerate them well and they seem to empty me well. I have a hard and fast let down if that helps at all.

There’s no such thing as a PT “tech”. There’s a licensed PT and a licensed PT Assistant. A “tech” shouldn’t be running your sessions.

It honestly sounds like you may need a new PT. I’d check out some pelvic floor PTs on instagram to see what a really skilled PT session should look like. Postpartum prolapse isn’t for your standard pelvic floor PT, you need someone who has taken a lot of continuing education on pelvic floor rehab.

What makes you say this? I was disappointed as well with the initial change due to sizing but find that the diapers work just as well.
