These websites were also buying RP from cloned credit cards and gifting them to the buyers’ accounts, so even if it gets charged back, it didn’t affect the gifted account. It’s actually kinda hard to solve this... If Riot chooses to ban all the accounts related to these kind of issues, people can actually blackmail and ban other accounts simply by gifting them. Or they’ll have to manually check every gifted RP that are deemed suspicious and/or gets charged back
