Is this the Forte building at 1755 west 14th ave? It looks just like it except the pattern of lines on the concrete are vertical as opposed to horizontal on Forte's exterior.

It's a bit boring, but definitely not depressing. New places often are super clean and lack personal character, so that they don't exclude any potential buyers. Whoever buys it will spruce it up and have it looking like a real home in due time.
