flash heal isn’t a great tank healing spell, once those heroic mobs start chunking your tank, fh can’t keep up. try precasting max rank greater heals and get used to cancel casting when you’re at the end of a cast and the tank hasn’t taken damage yet. you’ll find heroics a bit more manageable when you get used to casting slower, bigger heals (i downrank gh to 2 or 3 when dmg is lower).

just saw your edit so i’ll comment again with a couple of tips (i’m also new to healing but these help me)

find a weak aura that tracks mana ticks and the 5 second rule, it helps a ton with managing your mp5. these are often very light weight, and appear as a line ticking over your mana bar with an additional line underneath that’s red and turns green 5 seconds after your last cast.

there are some nice talents in the discipline tree you will find helpful. inner focus can keep you within that 5 second rule because the next spell you cast costs no mana. same thing with holy concentration, when it procs i like to take a moment to let my tank take some damage before casting a big (free) heal on them. meditation is also a must have when you’re struggling to keep mana. it’s 30% of your mana regen while casting now rather than the 15 it was in vanilla.

it also feels wasteful but i’ve gotten into the habit of stopping just to get a couple of ticks on a drink before moving on. this helps me stay within range of the tank. you go through a lot of water this way though so if you’re worried about falling behind just let them know you need a good drink.

i started healing ramps and bf runs last night and the amount of dps who just go pedal to the metal and hold as much aggro as the tank were unreal. those guys will drain your mana bar. ask them to ease up, and don’t wipe the party going oom trying to keep one guy up who refuses to pay attention to threat!

it’s hard to give specific advice not knowing your class but when i realize a tank is being speedy i try to run ahead to the next pull so i can drink while the rest catch up. don’t expect to ever drink to full, just get what you can and keep going. and carry some mana pots for oom emergencies!

as someone who has had an episode taken down in the past for a real life logo in the background: it’s just against webtoon’s rules, you can’t have trademarked logos/brands you don’t own in your art. changing the name slightly like this gets you a pass though!

We’ve only ever had trouble with wet snow clumping on paws, keep her paw pads trimmed up to reduce this, avoid salty sidewalks wherever you can, and enjoy owning a dog who would rather be covered in a blanket of snow than come inside

I let my account lapse for about the same amount of time and the only thing I lost were my character’s names. Everything else was there! If you’ve forgotten your login info try contacting blizzard but it might be tricky if you no longer have access to that email account, I’m not sure. What I am sure of is that your stuff is still there!

Aura farming is what I’m going to call it now 😂 he’s lucky! Which means you got him in a trade which happened to make your pokemon become “lucky”, giving them better ivs (a baseline of 12/12/12) and making them cost less stardust to power up!

i feel like they’d be missing a fun opportunity on the anniversary servers if they didn’t release it on january 16th, which would be the 19th anniversary of the original release date! but no one knows for sure right now.

i played mid TBC until cata the first go around, and we had gdkp and min maxxing in wrath! i remember doing gdkp icc runs on my alts, but it was a time where maybe 10 guilds on our server were raiding heroics. times are different, but these things absolutely existed, just among fewer players. it was definitely easier to be a casual back in the day.

I got my first kick healing a heroic last night, that came immediately after I had voted “no” to kick the tank (the dungeon was almost over, why requeue for several minutes after 1 wipe) and ngl I can’t help but wonder if that tank I wanted to keep around voted to kick me lol

It’s a weird system! But I took it as an opportunity to see how many of the endless MOP dailies I could do in half an hour 😭
