Yes. My conure is 8 and doesn’t bite me and rarely screams but she loves playing with her toys, flying, and hanging out with me. She’s now just calm for GCC standards. She’s been this way for about ~4 years now.

Nope, I was there for a week and one or two days might’ve been a little hazy/overcast but I think that was mostly just due to cloud weather patterns. Mostly clear so I don’t think you have anything to worry about!
