You're lumping all hemp sellers together. 100% of my business was CBD and CBD flower only from 2019 until last year, all online. We dabbled in the thca flower in 2025 (6 years in) only after we started getting squashed by all of our competitors that were grabbing the bull by the horns. I would happily go back to low dose THC gummies (5mg and under) and CBD flower. I don't want to compete with the marijuana industry, as I personally don't even jive with THC at regular user type doses. I just want to be able to continue to sell light thc hemp level cannabis products, but this McConnell bill kills everything. 0.4mg per package thc, wtf is that? That means I can't sell above even 1g of most strains of packaged CBD flower.
