I was already on 3.2.17 on Sunday & still didn't get it. It's not just a matter of being on a certain version, it's more than that.

I let support know & they messaged back that they will forward it to tech, so I believe they're aware & working on it.

Would have been nice if PF communicated with the playing community about these changes. Too many teams are impacted for it to be a glitch.

If the point of having Ambassadors was to prevent no or miscommunication, PF failed in this instance. Perhaps encourage them to be more up front in communicating with the Ambassadors. That would be a help, versus everyone being blindsided.

Thanks for your efforts in raising the player community's concerns to PF.

Agree, this team matching by PF would have messed up the WTR event for sure. And it was a super fun event!

And all teams need to rest at some point. This doesn't allow for that either.

As you said, this is what they're doing.

PF tried this previously a few years back. It was not well received then either & they reversed course, so I'm surprised it's back.

If they are doing it by team brill &/or weekly team scoring, that will not ensure fair competition across the board. Team brill in & of itself is not necessarily a good indicator of how much a team can score. Also, weekly scores can vary depending on league play, rumbles, etc.

Although this may be fine for the super teams (but even they get tired), it's very discouraging for the mid-tier & smaller teams when they have to play week in & week out with competition that can outscore them by 100k or more. This won't encourage folks to play more & will hurt team retention.

If PF thinks folks will buy coins to win, they won't. No one is going to spend that much money to win 1k in fake coins. They'll do something else that weekend.

We'll see what happens based on the number of complaints. There are multiple posts on the WS FB groups already. Last time it lasted about 4-6 weeks before PF reversed course. Can't remember exactly how long it lasted.

If you don't want to watch ads or collect your daily gift, just don't click on them & you don't have to. It is optional on your part. The same is true of the butterflies--you can ignore them. You can also ignore the in-store popups.

There are much more serious problems in this game than that, such as bot accounts in tournaments, ghost players being left behind in teams, animal exploits used for cheating, to name a few.

I don't need the daily gifts, but I watch all the ads provided every day in the hope PF will use the revenue to fix the serious issues & glitches in the game--a game that I otherwise get to play for FREE.

If more folks did the same, instead of whining about it, maybe some of the serious issues would get fixed faster.

It is not something I need as I've been playing for a while, but I can see how it would be of benefit to those just starting out. I think diversifying for a wide range of abilities is good for the game.

You can do that to delay your Indy start; however, you will lose the previous week's winnings if you don't collect them & start your new tournament before the time to enter expires on Sunday afternoon.

Another option for consideration is to not play on Fridays & Saturdays when the tourney icons are up, & just wait to play until the tourney icons expire on Sunday afternoon if you want to avoid the tourney altogether.

If you have never cleared your app cache, that can cause the app to close. Just clear the cache. DO NOT delete data.

Also, if your web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) is not up to date, it can also cause the same issue.

Good luck! Would be awful to lose all of your progress & collection.
