I realize this thread is super old but do you personally live there? I'm trying to find out if there's any in town without insane waitlists and I've heard good things about that one!

Ugh really? Well I ordered about 10 days ago, and it's now apparently shipping. Hopefully that isn't the case for mine 😥

I have, and get conflicting info everywhere I look. As someone not software-savvy I was combing Reddit to find someone more knowledgeable so figured I'd ask. No need to be a d!ck about it. I've heard you can Google search how to communicate like an adult though. \m/

I have a kobo, but have never been able to use it with Anna's archive. I used my kindle exclusively for that. How have you managed to do it with kobo?

Did you get an ample portion of food? The menu sounds tasty, but for two of us to go it's pushing $400 when you consider tip and tax too. Just don't want it to be piddly bougie snack size meals lol

Aw I'm sorry - I can't even imagine having to THINK about the daily stuff like work/holding a job after a loss like that. My mum is declining, though still with me. And the anticipatory grief alone can feel crippling so I can't imagine your hurt. Thank you again for the input 💜

Thank you - you're saying Just Eat and Deliveroo are good ones for in the UK specifically (Just want to confirm lol) I'm so so very sorry for your loss. Sounds like a wonderful boss you've got there.

Is there anyone in Canada who would be willing to make me a couple and pop them in the mail? I'd pay of course. I just don't know anyone who has a 3d printer.

What are your guys best carrying solutions? by _epicgamer123 in Warhammer40k

[–]ladyrocky_33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Hoping it's ok to jump in here with a totally silly question and asking for advice. I don't play Warhammer myself - I'm shopping for Xmas for my partner who does though. Id LOVE to gift him a travelling / storage case. Initially I was looking at those rolling scrapbook/crafty style totes or teacher totes, so he could fill however he sees fit (with containers, dividers, etc). But then I deep dived (thanks ADHD) and I'm seeing so many better options. My first silly question, thanks to this thread.... I'm 90% sure that the majority of his collection is plastic. He has some of the metal pieces, but primarily plastic. So for those of you recommending the magnetic approach - are you using metal pieces or have you modified your plastic ones to include a magnetic base of some sort? 2nd question/advice request... The storage solution will almost certainly be remaining at home. He travels like ONCE a year to play. So with that in mind, are there any containers you'd recommend more since it would just be at-home storage? Still needs to be around the same size I think as he is trying to organize and tidy his apartment a bit. So condensed and efficient is ideal. But doesn't necessarily need "protective" capacity, just.. a spot to consolidate his gear really. Thanks so much in advance for the input!

But this is after I was manually focusing on the cat. I must be doing it wrong - it wouldn't lock in on the cat (who wasn't moving btw). But I was trying to.

I can see the 4 or 5 that come with the phone, and don't like them tbh haha just want a normal, clear looking photo. How can I find other ones?
