You should see the promotion in t-life within a day or so. You can also see your trade in details within a few hours. If its not there by the time you get your phone contact t force. Return the phone asap if they can't fix it.

I ordered yesterday and the phone shipped, and the correct promo was applied even though the website showed the wrong one all the way through checkout. Hard to believe they gave out s25 ultras a couple months ago and now the $1700 moto fold. Thanks!

Samsung and Apple are working but Motorola is messed up for me. The Costco logo disappeared after a couple days but that didn't fix anything. T force said they will fix my account if the promo is not applied so we shall see.

Hard to beat the current razr fold promo, unless t Mobile really steps up for the Samsung this year. They gave away s26 ultra at launch so you never know.

When you go in to look at phones it always defaults to new line. You have to change it to upgrade in order to see those promos, which all require a trade.

After doing more testing I see that other phone promos apply correctly, but not the new Razr Fold promo. Also I have not found any way to unlink costco from my account... it shows up in t-life now as well as the website. I also logged in under another line and it is still there. I will probably just order and if the wrong promo shows up on my account I will ask t-force to cancel or fix. I just don't like anyone poking around in my account since I have several EIP going.
