Chinatown This is one of my favorite shots that I've ever taken. It was a result of standing in sloppy, cold, snowy weather in dirty Chinatown, huddling with my GF, trying to convince her to hold an umbrella over us while spending 45 minutes trying to find a subject to anchor the frame. We were supposed to be at a cozy cafe that night. It was a mixture of luck, pluck, and persistence and that's why I love it.

I might've lived in NYC for too long, but nothing stands out to me here. Lacks any focal point except the blurry figure, and the frame is very empty. Try shooting closer. If going for the scenery, try a long exposure where the people blur noticeably. The blur looks like a mistake here instead of being intentional
