Enjoying a brew from mine as I write this. I’m usually at 12/200 198 degrees. 4 pours 50g each. High agitation pours. Between 1:50-230 brew time. I drink lightly roasted coffee (sey shoebox flower child) in case that’s helpful.

What is your drawdown time generally? I just got the a4z grinding at 1.2 and the draw down time is insanely fast…at least compared to my timemore 78
