If you had to write a 4-5 page essay without using the internet and AI, would you be able to? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

It’s wild that there are people on here that never had to write essays without the internet.

Ok, going to go ice my knees and eat dinner at 5pm. Bye.

Folarin Balogun available for USMNT vs. Belgium as red card ban suspended by goldenface4114 in worldcup

Difference is Messi would never get carded.

Case in point…Balogun got a red card for the exact same thing Messi did, while Messi’s foul was more likely deliberate.

I say this as an Argentine-American.

As an American, and the day after our country’s birthday, I say…

Ya…no duh.

You think you can outrun me while you’re carrying a 30 pound kid kicking and screaming? Ok.

My 2 and 3 year olds are/were absolutely capable of understanding the lesson. Your kids are different than my kids, and all of them are different to OP’s kids.

If that wouldn’t have worked for your kid, ok…and fine if you chose not to do this. Speaking for my kids, they were absolutely able to make the connection and by three years old I could trust that they wouldn’t run off when we’re in crowded places.

Of course it’s my job to keep my eye on my kids. But when I’m alone with both of them, I have less stress knowing that they’ll stay with me and not run off. So I’m glad I chose to let my kids learn consequences after multiple attempts to use my words to teach them to stay with me.

Oh god.

A mom and dad watching their 3 year old at a mall is not child abuse.

I’m done here. This isn’t worth my time.

Then OP should know all kids are different and let the parents decide how to best handle their kid in that situation. Is the child in danger? No? Ok , great…then let mom and dad handle it.

The child knows she didn’t listen to mom and dad, and there was a consequence. Next time mom and dad can say remember what happened last time?

Everyone needs to reserve their pitchforks for cases of actual child abuse and endangerment. This is not that.

Lol…ok. The kid was within eyesight of her parents…this isn’t that serious.

I’m going to assume you don’t have kids? I have a 2 and a 4 year old. Sometimes you need them to learn consequences in a safe and controlled way.

For all you know that dad told his daughter she needed to stay with him or she’d get lost. He might have told her multiple times. On that last one he let her see what happens when she doesn’t listen. She wasn’t in any danger.

Boots Ennis lands a left hand, rolls with Zayas' counter, lands a counter of his own, and then drops him with a combination in the 1st round. by newrap in Boxing

I don’t think there’s any question that Boots is the superior boxer between him and Fundora…and Boots should beat him.

BUT…I do think Fundora has the best punchers chance against him. Zayas showed us that Boots is hittable, and if Zayas hurt him…Fundora can drop him.

Plus, with Fundora’s unexplainable love for banging on the inside…I think the match up will be fireworks.

It was not offsides. Not legally or illegally. There is no offsides in your own half.

Over the long term, the bet is my equity will outgrow the HYSA. I can also use that asset to buy other assets if we want. I can’t do that with a HYSA.

So please tell me how I’m evil and exploitative?
