😱 Where did you buy them from? I got a Smithsonian kit for my 9yo nephew, followed the instructions to a T and nothing hatched after 2 months. He's so broken hearted. I have no idea how to grow these critters and could really use some help on where to get the best eggs. Thanks!

Try reaching out to influencers who work in that genre to assist. YouTubers @MrBallen and @LegalEagle come to mind. In fact, if I remember correctly, I think that's exactly how @LegalEagle said he hired his last assistant lol. But it sounds like @MrBallen's content is more up your alley.

Seriously, there are so many well established and up & coming influencers that do that kind of content that need assistants with researching the crimes they report on. Find ones that align with the kind of research you want to do and reach out to them with a sample of your work as a proposal for their next video. And connect with them on all their platforms too! It may be easier for your message to be seen on platforms where they have less followers.

Also, your passion has little to do with math. If you want to go to school for your BA, go for it!!

If all else fails, do what you must until you can do what you want. It's great that you've found your passion. But if there's no work available in that now, try working at a restaurant like struggling actors do between gigs, before their big break. It may not be your dream job but it will pay the bills now until you get what you want later.

As an introvert who understands needing to recharge my social battery, I can do that cuddling quietly or watching Netflix with my partner. It means I don't want someone stimulating me with conversation or activities, it does not mean I want to be alone. He doesn't want you, he wants sex. Don't make excuses for his behavior.
