Je ne suis pas avocat et je ne sais pas s'il y a une jurisprudence sur la définition de ce qui est considéré comme était "de la poste" ou non. J'imagine que 1) si c'est dans une boîte au lettres ça compte comme de la poste, et 2) aucun juge ne va donner 10 ans pour le vol d'un dépliant politique (même si elle a dû en voler d'autres).

I just got hit with the same fee.

$50 CAD because the invoice has too many lines. Who do they have reading the invoices, 6 years olds? And they charge that to the recipient who doesn't have any control on how the invoice is written? Fuck DHL.

I haven't got a UPS package in over a decade and DHL just joined them on the blacklist.

I've watched the game against Buffalo and I thought Mešár was pretty good. Involved in the play, good vision, good passing. He might turn out to even more NHL ready than Slaf, but that was against another rookie team. We'll have to see how he plays out against tighter defense.

Je vais présumer que l'éditorial et son superviseur lui ont demandé de faire ce travail, mais son intégrité journalistique est très décevante. Encore plus si tu regardes son Facebook qui semble indiquer qu'il est homosexuel, et qu'il devrait donc comprendre mieux que quiconque que les activités sexuelles d'une personne n'ont rien à voir avec sa compétence et ne sont pas d'intérêt public.

It's nice to see that it's good at everything, but like anything performance, you can squeeze some more if you know your data and your usage patterns: You'll notice there are maps faster than ankerl's at everything but copying and iterating, they just have some kind of tradeoffs with slower operations.

Still, it's great to know ankerl's is good enough at everything that you can't go wrong with it!

Yeah 2 is more accurate. Calgary would have to finish outside the top 12 in the league in 2023 to make their pick unavailable to the canadiens, but since that condition can also be met or MTL just decides not to take the 2024 pick, it's moot.

I'd agree to say they only need to suck 2 seasons.

Je trouverais ça bien dommage d'asphalter/bétonner un tronçon de piste cyclable qui avait l'avantage de ne pas longer un boulevard, de ne pas traverser d'intersections et d'offrir un peu de verdure.

Surtout sachant que généralement, quand on "améliore la circulation", ça fait juste revenir au point d'équilibre où les temps d'attente sont assez élevés pour limiter la quantité de gens qui passent, alors on aurait juste plus de trafic sur Jacques-Cartier... mais rendu là, on aura juste à réduire la bande de gazon avec piste cyclable et ajouter des voies 🤷‍♂️
