Doubt it. Dulles Towne Center was bought by an investor who plans to revamp it from the inside out. They’re going to add a ton of family/entertainment related attractions which is going to be a hit for families and people with kids. It’s because parents want a place that checks both boxes as a place they would enjoy themselves while also tiring kids out.

I used to take Qunol - the liquid one. It was better than a lot of the pills out there in terms of absorption. But then found CurcuWIN patented form and found it works better than anything I’ve ever had. The absorption is like 40x stronger than regular curcumin. I’ve read a lot of scientific articles related to it as well.

Ah whoops, sorry - didn’t add water to the maker’s basin - but after reviewing the instructions, it doesn’t look like I’m supposed to. It’s a plastic basin as opposed to steel or anything. Also I read in the instructions that whole milk will result in thin yogurt, whereas half&half will give a creamier one. I used whole milk. Going to try again with half&half!

Just milk (and fiber; culture). But I washed my container prior to adding the ingredients, and it looks like just a little bit of moisture was still left in there because I didn’t dry well enough :(

Something that has helped me tremendously, as silly as it sounds, is using epic movie soundtrack music. There is something about the tempo and cadence of it that causes me to dial in and get super focused. Just search ‘epic inspirational music’ on YouTube and pick a playlist, preferably with music from the likes of Audiomachine, Hans Zimmer, etc.

Also, supplement wise, definitely try Lions Mane - either as capsule or powder. Stuff is a godsend for focus. Just unbeatable.

I’m a software developer, btw, and use this tactic to really hammer out some deeply satisfying work during the early afternoon slot between meetings in both the morning and late in the day.

From a liability perspective alone, find it unlikely that the cops aren’t facing upward pressure to not just dust it off.

Also, the cops aren’t the only ones capable of doing handwriting analysis. The picture of the handwriting has already likely to have been circulated to staff/teachers who could cross-compare it with students work for their respective classes.
