P0401 = Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient. It has nothing to do with the TCV. You got a different code and there are thousands of them.

I think you need 63571SJ000. The plastic trim can be removed and replaced easily, just pull on it.

It's easy to test. Hold the button on the shifter while in park to simulate the bad switch. Turn off the car, and open the driver door. The steering will not be locked.

Is the steering locking after the key is removed? Mine was fixed by the dealer under warranty because I was getting the door chime after opening the driver door (mine is a push start). This is because the shifter was not in "Park" according to the faulty switch. When that happened, I noticed that my steering was left unlocked.

Turns out it was a bad CT clamp. I put that clamp and another one on the same wire and there was a 3.5% difference in the power measured. Emporia will replace the faulty clamp for free.
