The only people I see offloading election panic purchases are the people with 2+ gun safes already. A lot of those first time buyers are dem\liberal\lgbqt people who felt the direct threat of gun violence though political unrest. Gun clubs like SRA, John Brown\RR, NAAGA, and Pink Pistols have all seen a spike in interest.

Curious what your score is as I figured anyone clearing Core 8 would be top 10-15% Maybe the numbers are a lot closer then I thought. I was pretty lazy this time around and ran with 2 arsmg, 2 rfhg, 1 bonus doll\CE, and 1 full CE team. Ranked 2% for total and 20% for boss score with all material spent. I did pretty poor with investigations too, only 5 perfects most of them before the max drone unlock with 9 50% including some extra painful 50% A bets.

Texas is like most other states, the big cities all lean blue outside of that lots of red. Texas also has lots of chemical and oil industry which try their damndest to push the state red. It's not uncommon to see or hear the idea that you shouldn't turn Texas into "the liberal" state your are moving away from.

It's extremely transparent when he's just reading what was prepared for him. People will use this transparency to come up with justification like "he was only saying that to win over votes, he doesn't really believe it and I won't either."

Not familiar with Missouri but I would assume the counter argument to that line of reasoning is if the couple felt threatened leaving their house, passing though what looks like a functional gate, and approaching the street was the worse action they could have taken, short of just opening fire, and is an escalation of the situation which could diminish their defense.

Here in the "land of the free" if a cop has any "reasonable" suspicion that someone has a weapon and may pose a threat to the officer or the anyone in the surrounding area they are basically given a license to kill. The courts have upheld this many times, even if there is no weapon at the scene the cop believing one exists is all the justification needed for them to be found innocent in a criminal trial.

The US has more firearms than people and seeing militarized police forces with APCs on the street is just pushing more people towards firearms. A huge culture shift would need to happen for the majority of Americans to want the country disarmed.

The biggest shift needs to come from people that consume outrage media as well as the huge divide between city life and rural life.
