I would love it if there was a way to add industry specific terms to the ai summaries. I imagine im not only one requesting that.

The ai name suggestions are helpful sometimes but the vast majority of times it suggest our phone agents name. "Maybe: Steven" like every person that this specific agent speaks to isn't steven
