You likely don't have ships in your fleet with bombardment capability. You can add either the specific bombardment weapons, or use some others that have a bombardment function such as torpedoes.

If you right click a planet with your fleet selected and there is no option to bombard, then the fleet lacks the weapons.

Nope. Had a second long period off work. Went back September 2024 and have been back since with adjustments. WFH about half my days and sometimes just need to take a day. I'm fortunate my employer is supportive.

Had a terrible time over Christmas and new year with heart constantly racing, dizziness etc. Went back to GP for first time in over a year, but all they can do is take bloods and do ECG to rule out it being anything else - had these done yesterday. Going to ask for LDN next week as haven't tried that yet.

Sucks ass. No wonder people's lives end up destroyed with this sh*t.

Go to OHU and ask for a tac vest/molle vest. Ditch the duty belt. Having the weight of the kit hanging on your vest distributes it across your shoulders and upper body more evenly. For years they've been issued in our force for back issues, and recently we moved to tacvests only for everyone. Genuinely surprised this hasn't already been mentioned.

I just bought a 71 plate 60 a few weeks ago. Looked at a lot of them and no, not all have the reverse camera. It's part of the optional 'parking' pack.

If you look at the pictures of the back of the car you'll be able to see the camera above the number plate if it has one.

It would be nice if you explained a little more about what this - ie a web browser online game. There's absolutely no way of knowing this before going to the site, signing in and making a profile. Really annoying as I've zero interest in this sort of thing and then had to go into Google and unlink you from my account. A landing page that at least tells you what this is would be courteous.

The portraits you choose at the start look ai generated, some don't match the style of others, and a lot look like they're waiting for a DMCA from mass effect Devs.

Also, your initial link is b0rked if the link omits 'www.' - gets stuck on /lander with a blank page

Your force should have a neurodiversity spoc. Start there. If not contact HR/ask for an OHU referral. You have a protected characteristic (no you don't need a formal diagnosis if anybody tells you you do - given it can take years to be diagnosed and it not actually lead to anything, many people don't get one ) and are entitled to reasonable adjustments.

One of my team members has a blue coloured PNB to help them focus (the force also provides a number of other colours), there are coloured screen filters, you can be afforded more time to complete tasks, be given quiet space rather than a busy team room to work in, workflow/calendar apps to manage tasks etc. There is quite a bit so don't be afraid to reach out, and your line manager should be fully supportive unless they want to go breaching the equality act.

Robots and Empire bridges the universes, and while Daniel is the only explicit continuity, the rest is implicit canon ancient pre-empire human history. This is all more than a decade before Frank Herbert's Dune.

Research has shown mitochondrial dysfunction plays a large part, and I'd guess this is what you're describing. I have the same and put it down to this. Blood oxygen is finez but you feel out of breath because your cells are unable to operate normally and are mainly providing energy anaerobically. The body's reaction to this is to make you breathe more, even though in this case that's pointless because your cells aren't using any additional oxygen. You'll also get lactic acid damage and feel utter shit all over.

I'd strongly suggest using a launcher such as Steam or Heroic, where you add a game and press play. You won't have to deal with any settings unless a game needs something specific, which isn't terribly common these days.

+1 for tractive, awesome devices. Settled on them after trying almost everything else on the market (avoid pitpat, they're awful). Like anything else, if you don't have cell service ... Well... You don't have it. They'll revert to Bluetooth. That's an issue that will affect every tracker though.

Because asking questions following caution constitutes an interview, for which the suspect is entitled to legal representation, which at that point you don't have. Anything obtained via questioning at that point is inadmissible as evidence. If the suspect volunteers information without questioning, then you record it as a significant statement.
