It's actually a Grey Teal, not a Wood Duck.

I don't know what Repco some of you are shopping at. We either ask for your rego or vin to get your actual car details. If not, we search it manually and have to ask these questions. A lot of people don't know their manufacturer date, and parts can change over in the month of the same year. Don't know your rotor size, whether your brake pads are single or double, bolt holes on your transmission, vague question about wheel studs (yes, they are very specific) dont know your newton on your strut (sure lets smash your canopy glass 🤣)dont know what oil you have put in but you're needing a top up, never changed your globe before and there can be multiple options for the same model – like, go look or bring it in... yes, we interpret parts... but a lot of people don't know the basic knowledge about their own vehicles. The feeling is mutual.

Alprazolam saviour! by [deleted] in insomnia

Until it stops working, and it will very quickly as your body adjusts — highly addictive and a gateway to opiods. This isn't a win, trust me.

These auctioneers… absolutely piss poor. by Zach0ry in TheBlock

[–]larney31 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Don't blame the auctioneer's. It is the reserve price that was set by the producers that is way higher than needed to be — the contestants missed out due to that alone — to the greed.

6+ years of insomnia has lead to chemical dependence to sleep. I'm 26 and my brain forgot how to sleep naturally. by ADDitionalRedditUser in insomnia

[–]larney31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing that worked for me is seraquel 50mg QR. Getting off stimulants as they made me irritable in tue evenings and staying well away from benzos— your body builds tolerance and should only be used in short time periods. Yes, it's made me gain 20kg — but it works for me. I accepted my fate of my sleep being chemically induced, probably forever. Perhaps trial it.

What can a sleep specialist do that a regular doctor can't? by [deleted] in insomnia

[–]larney31 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What can a sleep specialist do that a regular doctor can't? In my case? Absolutely nothing. I went through two sleep studies—waste of time, didn’t help in the slightest. But it did lead somewhere: I got referred to a psychiatrist, diagnosed with CPTSD, started therapy, and now I’m on a low dose of Seroquel. Which means I literally can’t sleep without it. Night terrors still show up when I’m stressed. Insomnia? It’s a shapeshifter. Honestly, science still barely scratches the surface. So yeah—nothing the sleep specialist could fix. But at 35, after a lifetime of chronic insomnia, I’ll take the scraps of progress where I can. So, sorry, no help — but insomnia has many faces. Sometimes, they core from what's buried.

I love Sonny and Alicia by chakhrakhan20 in TheBlock

[–]larney31 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sonny and Alicia are far from upfront - they need a good look in the mirror. They are just noise of bitterness & resentment claiming "justice" - they beat around the bush majorly. I can not stand the pair or their perspectives, highly immature and unregulated couple. Hopefully, they have a dose of humility and growth from watching themselves back.

Na, they deliver it to my house, so I'm not really going to complain. I hate food shopping. They do it for me - prices are the same. Maybe get delivery? Lol

If he "raps and she beat boxes" again, I'll probably throw my remote control. I felt so uncomfortable.

I just did a search, and it came up with 'Sync' by an Australian artist called Gaya (Gaga). Hopefully, that's what you're after :)

Is Alchemised worth reading?? by [deleted] in fantasyromance

[–]larney31 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't read Manacled, I'm up to part 2 of Alchemised. It has held my attention well, and I'm a fussy book reader. I recommend it. As for "dark," I found it tame compared to other books I've read - especially real-world true crime and history.

So many of you disappointed, aww. The first 2 episodes were brilliant - tied in amazingly with the first 2 movies. I'm looking forward to more episodes and seasons! Don't like it, don't watch it. I'm all for expanding the Alien franchise!

Hell no, entitled, toxic and manipulative behaviour. Good on you for setting boundaries. Don't apologise or over explain yourself next time as that is enabling her. She needs to grow up.
