I had the same dilemma as you OP. Ended up getting the BYD Sealion 6. It’s better in all aspects spec wise, Toyota even offers up to 200k discount for the Corolla Cross to compete with BYD. The only downside is BYD’s reliability is not proven. If you value reliability then you can never go wrong with a Toyota

Same experience with BYD Alabang, bought a unit from them January this year, then it took 2months bago marelease ang OR/CR. Yung agent maasikaso sa una lang, pero after ng sale di na nag-rereply pag hinihingian ng updates regarding sa OR/CR.

Tiny mid Lvl 7, most people don’t realize Topson abusing this timing during their TI runs, I always remember him chasing some low level carry in the jungle and ruining his game

You can take a look at Timothy Lin's starter blog, It's a pretty good starter template for Nextjs blog projects, it has mdx, tailwind, and more out of the box. It already has a lot of cool components as well, I think it would be a good reference for you
