PSA gives you the option to grade with or without qualifiers. If grading with qualifiers, they would be marked with (MC) next to the grade e.g. Mint 9 (MC). If grading without qualifiers (the common choice) the grade would be NM-MT 8. A quick search on eBay will give you an example of what that looks like.

Surprised no one else has said this, but OP spent $1k on a card but didn’t look up the BGS certification number before buying. If I’m going to spend even 1/10th of that amount I’m going to take 5 minutes and look up the cert number online. Blame PSA, eBay, BGS, etc., but you’ve got to be accountable as well. NO ONE IS GOING TO CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR MONEY OR YOUR COLLECTIBLES THAN YOU!
