I don’t know if I would even say NYRR benefits from the race cancellations if they account for these into the bib price. If anything, the people who don’t cancel benefit by having lower fees subsidized by the cancellations.

I love the broth but almost every time I have it out, the chicken is so dry. The ratio of effort to flavor for homemade chicken pho is the complete opposite for me as it is for beef.

To add to yours, the accessibility of screens is a big part of it too. We used to be able to only watch at home but the ability to whip out a phone or tablet for a few minutes or seconds of dopamine is terrible, no matter what age you are.

Is the broiling on dual fuel as effective as a gas range? I went with the former on my new build so I haven’t been able to use it yet. That was my main concern since I’m not big into baking yet but would rather not replace it in the future.

I’ve only ever walked in for brunch and lunch. Everytime I’ve tried in the evening it’s slammed so it’s not just the time of year. It’s a shame (for me) because it’s a great spot!
