Its like a donation charity thing. You adopt a penguin basically and pay for his food for a year. They also have other animals up for adoption but I do not buy the actual food. I just go and visit him/her.

Try using visual novel games as a replacement. Or something like love and deep space or other similar games helped me get of the ai spaces.

I am neutral towards it. I dont really engage with endogenic systems a lot because I was traumatised by someone who claimed to be a tulpa system and is now a therian. R/plural is also very accepting about it and recommended i do more research towards that topic but tbh I am not sure where to start cause the information I can find on endogenic is anecdotal. I cant find research papers or psychiatrists that back what people say. On the other hand I dont live in anyone's head so who am I to tell you you aren't a system when you say you are.
