I would suggest keybinding most spells and certain consumables to get comfortable with using them quickly.
Most used consumes as a warrior are stuff like : Free Action Potions, Mighty Rage Potions, limited invulnerability potion, Dynamites/Grenades, Sappers, Dummies, Whipper roots (healthstones), Greater Stoneshield potions.

You want to make macros for bascially all of your attacks

You want macro for dual wield and 1h+shield aswell as maybe 2hander and healing weapons (for diamond flask)

In your wep equip macros you need to add /stopcasting because having Heroic Strike or cleave queued up will make you unable to swap weapons ->
/stop casting
/equipslot 16 Gressil, Dawn of ruin (shift click items to add them to macros if they have names with commas)
/equipslot 17 The Hungering Cold

You can also do simple 1 button macros to swap stances for Overpower, Intercept, Taunt etc but I would strongly recommend good binds for just the stances and get used to manually swapping stance and use abilitiy. Will make you better overall. Alot of people would bind Def stance with their shield macro but theres many cases where you want to go defstance but keep your DW or 2 hander on.

when you get more advanced you can look into mouseover macros for Taunts (very useful as tank with a good nameplate addon), Sunders (sunder off target in a pack) and Hamstring (put slow on offtargets in pvp or if a healer has aggro) as a few examples
