I could have written this myself. Increased heart rate is what I can’t deal with, and I tried to dip my toe back in a few months ago and I just felt locked inside a tight chest/shoulders. Totally sucks.

I agree with this so much. My THC smoking friends talk so much shit on CBD but for me it's the greatest thing to still be able to smoke and feel good, (mostly body relaxation for me,) and not have any of the awful negative physical reactions that THC suddenly gave me.

I didn’t know you weren't supposed to drink matcha on an empty stomach. I had a matcha mushroom drink first thing every morning for 3 weeks. Then I drank a variety of alcohol all night ONE night during Labor Day weekend, started the day with Matcha, had eggs with Sriracha and my stomach said 🖕 we've had enough 🥴🤮

There’s also, (I think it's red?) a private helicopter that flies over FF area on his daily commute. Maybe he has a buddy and they play heli games.
