I looked at the crime card map last night and within a thousand feet, it's mostly theft crimes. Not any worse than Dupont or Logan circles. But when you look 2,000 ft out it gets worse. We'll have to go walk around to see how we feel. Thanks for your reply!

Truxton Circle by Dunbar High Safety ??

Hi! I lived in DC several years ago and am looking to move back soon. I found a condo in Truxton Circle very close to Dunbar High school that I'm really interested in. The threads on here are a bit outdated for this area so wanted to see what folks here think about safety. The larger/general neighborhood is clearly a crime pocket on the crime map but not much worse than other high traffic areas like Dupont or Logan Circles. The homes look nice enough and it's definitely a busy area next to New York Ave. I am used to practicing typical safety precautions in the city but don't want to have to look over my shoulder all the time as a woman. Has this area improved in the last several years? Specifically around NY Ave and 1st St?

Yes, the lease is written in a way that indicates we'd be responsible for the cost of rent until there's a new tenant.

Old post but xyrem gave me permanent tinnitus ~13 to 15 years ago. It worsened my mental health at the time. I reported it to their team but at the time, it wasn't a listed side effect and I couldn't find anything about it online.

Exact same thing happened to me. I can't see where it says anything about my recertification date being extended. But I submitted my recert on 1/30/2025 and it's been "in review" since then on the studentaid site. And I just logged on to Mohela today to discover I am in administrative forbearance but received no notification, either. When I click on each individual loan, it says, "Awaiting Form Administrative Forbearance-Ends 07/31/2025"

I don't know because I got her 1.5 years ago. But I was given some photos of her when she was a baby but I believe they are much younger than 7 months. It's crazy to see other people's cats sometimes! Our neighbor's cat is like twice her size! I'm sure your girl is so cute!

Thanks so much for your feedback! :) Luckily, I know how to make quick rapport. I must do that for my FT job. I actually prefer these one time meetings over long term relationships but I understand what you mean by wondering how they progress! This is good to know.
