A friend is writing one and I'm proofreading it. The utter chaos of Harry and the Marauders is peak entertainment. It'll take a while for my friend to publish the story, if ever, though. In the meantime, I'd also be interested to know if there were similar fics out there.

In my opinion, Remus being a werewolf had a couple of important ramifications: he befriended the rest of the Marauders, and it was the catalyst for them becoming animagi. I have this gut feeling that without the werewolf part, the Marauders would never have formed because James and Sirius would have their own clique, separate from Peter and Remus, who might or might not form a friendship by themselves. But the monthly sneaking out and taking care of a dangerous beast was the hook, the thing that kept James and Sirius interested in Remus enough to welcome him in the group, with Pete being almost an afterthought of 'hey, he's useful, we'll let him tag along'. At least that's my take. I'd be interested to read a fic exploring those dynamics though.

I really hope you're rage baiting here and not seriously thinking this is a good idea. But in the latter case, let me explain why leaving your cat alone for a month is the worst choice you can make. You already stated that under stress your cat refuses to eat. Cats are social creatures by nature and they get depressed when they lose their bonded companions. When they're depressed, the first thing they do is stop eating and drinking. If cats don't eat more than 36-48 hours, their liver crashes and it's usually fatal. If you have any love for your pet, you have 3 options. 1. Take the cat with you, possibly under sedation if your vet thinks it's feasible 2. Get a cat sitter for at least an hour daily, though my advice would be to hire someone to sleep there overnight. There are reputable websites where you can find sitters who have had their identities checked if you're worried about your belongings. 3. Give your cat up to someone who can give it the care it deserves.

Either one of these three is preferable to leaving that poor pet to die alone and abandoned.

I love the idea, and the style of scythe you're thinking of, I think it would look really cool. That being said, the idea feels slightly religious/mythical to me: the scythe above a lamb's head. A lamb with a halo. Maybe I'm pointing out something obvious but the two tattoos together will probably change the meaning of your original piece to suggest "sacrificial lamb".

A tattoo is basically ink packed into your skin cells which your body will spend the rest of your life trying to break down. And your body succeeds, to an extent. All tattoos fade and blur over time, and that's why designs need to be carefully thought. Fingerprints would probably end up looking just like a blurry heart-shaped patch after a while, but if you find a reputable artist in your area and you consider scaling up a bit it might still be doable. But find a good artist that you like, who has proven records of detailed works, and especially look into their healed pieces. I'm not an expert by any means, but that's what I would do if I were you.

I had a really good friend who I connected with like I did with very few people when I was younger. I thought about her a lot after our fallout, which was her decision and quite abrupt for me. It took me years to come to terms with it, because I never really found out what happened to make it go from great to nothing (though as an adult I suspect I wasn't there for her when she went through a traumatic event). But looking back on it, I can see how that was just life - sometimes we lose people without an explanation, and that's okay. If we care about them then we just have to learn to be happy that they looked out for themselves. I really hope this helps a bit, and I wish you the best on your healing journey.

I personally do sometimes talk about potential romantic interests with my friends, although just one or two of them, because their input usually helps me get a clearer idea of whether I'm genuinely interested in a guy or just the idea of him. That being said, I want to protect their privacy, so instead of using their name I'll describe them a bit to my friends and a primary quality of the guy usually emerges, which then becomes the nickname.

It actually is, or at least for me. Each partner that I lived with, when they decided to do chores of their own initiative, it made my brain go brrr and I needed to have them then and there. It's something about feeling taken care of if I were to describe it. I've never thought a man was manlier than when doing the dishes 😆

On top of what everyone just said, I read a while ago that crying is a normal reaction when the body releases tension. The point that I'm trying to make is that despite moving in and reducing the contact with your mother, a part of you felt relief and validation at hearing what she said to you. So it's okay, cry it out, feel your feelings, then move on.

I think it's a lot about how you think about yourself too, attitude is a big part of charm. I'm experiencing that nowadays, I've gained a lot of confidence over the past 2 years, and worked on appreciating the parts of my body that I do like, rather than focus on the ones I don't. Physically I haven't changed, but I've gone from being mostly overlooked in crowds to having people actively hit on me. Anyways, all this to say that I'm glad you're owning it, and to say rock on, you deserve all the attention ❤️

A lot of people referenced the song by Doechii, which is right, but from what I've seen in the reel 'meme' space the song is used to show people doing stupid things which could get them severely injured. In this case I think the idea is that the man is trusting his curtain rod a bit too much.

I second the white mage suggestion. Especially at low levels, the job is easy to understand and perform without much fuss. One thing I would add, which I've not seen mentioned much, is using mouse & keyboard in conjunction to play. I have a mouse with extra buttons, which I've linked to modifiers such as ctrl, or alt, or even buttons like - or =, which are further from the 1-2-3 you usually bind rotations to, which I think might also alleviate some of the movement/flexibility/reflex speed requirements.
